Every time I go in and replace the wallet.dat with the wallet.dat which has my ECA tokens in it from my old QT wallet the new desktop wallet does not update. And then when I try and reboot it refuses to use the key phrase and insists on starting over with a new Mnenemic phrase like I never even downloaded the wallet and updated to the network for 2 hours. What is happening? Why can't I put my ECA tokens on this wallet? Why doesn't the wallet keep the same key phrase in its memory? What does replacing the wallet.dat have to do with the key phrase? They should have nothing to do with each other. Wallet.dat is simply my coins.
I have NEVER had this issue with any other wallet. You back up the wallet.dat file. You go and and delete the new one and replace with the one from your old wallet containing your coins. WHAT IS THE ISSUE please help? Otherwise I will just have to go back to the old QT wallet. This wallet is a mess. Why are there 2 different files under Appdata\roaming? One for Electra Desktop and one for Electra?
Please show me how to simply delete the wallet.dat and replace with my old wallet.dat in Electra without having to start all over with the key phrases every time. And how to get my coins to show up in there. And yes the wallet is current and closed when I am doing this. There is no wallet.dat in the Electra desktop file. No matter how many times it is downloaded.
