Deployment instructions #1470

Deploy Electric to the Cloud and set some CDN in front of it. Point to the observability and benchmarking guides at off you go!

Hi @balegas ,

We are very interested in deploying the latest iteration of Electric and also getting involved in the community even if it's just submitting PR's with deployment documentation. Is this something you'd be interested in receiving a PR for, and could you advise if much has changed for the Electric deployment requirements since the large refactoring?:

Hey @luke-stdev001 that would be very welcome. We do need to port over / add back in deployment instructions to the new site. If you were interested in taking that on, that would be great.

A lot of the instructions are the same, with slightly different docker image and without the complexities of the migrations proxy, generator, etc. Let me know what you're thinking, or I'd be very happy to hop on a quick call to discuss the best way of porting / organising the information.
