Update to trbs/bucky for upstream source #12

since cloudant has discontinued supporting bucky, shift this module to point to github.com/trbs/bucky

Also, add support for new features that have been integrated into the newer version of bucky.

Hi,

I have indeed done nothing on this module for quite a while :-( Recently i created a new base structure for all my puppet modules and planning to do a rewrite of all my modules using this new structure. When I have the time I'll start on the rewrite of the module and will take in account allot of the changes you made.
