@cloveras Have you discovered that the timers need to be created in Car's MMI, then it will appear in app.
This is in my App after creating timers in MMI.
Actually the timers are quite improved from Audi e-tron / Q8 e-tron
It may be you should be more clear thet the issue is about creating these timer in app. When they exist, it's possible to alter them, but not add or remove more timers
This is showing how to edit a timer
Aha! Thanks.
But I still think this is a bug in the app. It makes no sense to say "Please specify the time [...]" when it's not possible to specify anything. At the very minimum there should be some information about doing it in the car.
What I expect is:
That's it.
A typical use-case: I'm at the cabin and want to leave at 19:00 and have the climate correctly set by then. Unless I have preset 19:00 in advance, this is impossible.
I don't want to get into the car, pre-set lots of different dates/times and then later some time turn the preset dates/times on/off.
I don't think anyone in Audi think the current functionality in the app is good enough for a "premium" brand.
I completely agree. But the bug is in my Audi App, and the issue description should maybe change to be more clear about that.
When navigating from the home page to "Climate control" and then to "Timer", the app only displays this text:
"Please specify the time at which your vehicle should have reached the preset temperature."
The rest of the page is blank so it's impossible to set the timer.
