myAudi app not connecting to car/server #35

After setup, myAudi app has not established a full connection to the car for the past week, indicating it's not a temporary error. The charge status and settings are not working, climate control is not responding, and updating charge settings is impossible. However, lock/unlock doors functionality and vehicle messages are working.

A factory reset of the car’s MMI and the myAudi app did not resolve the issue. The problem has now been escalated from Norwegian Audi support to the Audi/app vendor.

I have a similar problem which seems to be related to the internetconnection. In the MMI-Navi screen, on the bottom left, I get OFFLINE (and strikethrough cloud-icon)

in the (iPhone) App I do not read the actual charging status anymore, not even when the car is connected to my office or home Wifi.

this occured from the moment I passed the border from Italy to France last week Friday. I noticed in the navi I did not get any traffic updates anymore, and I could not reach the car anymore from the App. Pretty inconvenient if it is on a public (slow) charger and you need to know when the car is charged so you have to move it to free up the charger (and avoid charger occupation fines)
