Update meal.js food list with more accurate source #186

the original source (http://www.greeneatz.com/foods-carbon-footprint.html) did not include all of the foods listed in the source pdf and changed some of the names of the consumed foods. Luckily, they linked to the original source pdf, which I referenced when updating the list.

We now merged the big file in https://github.com/tmrowco/tmrowapp-contrib/pull/190, so you can go back to trying to merge this with https://github.com/tmrowco/tmrowapp-contrib. I'm super sorry, hopefully it's easy for you to do it!
