Add Lenovo carbon models #252

I added the lenovo data in #256

I omitted the data on Lenovo's Thinkpad X395 b/c there is no data on the carbon footprint of using it. Therefore, it is not really comparable to the other data.

Should the data for the Dell laptops be added as well? Also, the data for the 12-inch MacBook could be added.

there is another PR with Dell products! Feel free to add the Macbook :-)

In #257 I added the 12-inch MacBook, as well as the new 16-inch MacBook Pro.
