Split carbon models #308

Meal carbon model should be split into mealtype model and ingredients model
Transportation model should be split into distance model and flight model

Also requires rethinking how we select a carbon model (maybe each model should expose a function telling us if it can run or not), and how to make sure the models are re-run when new versions are changed.
