Tested locally

Requires:

migration to production endpoints / tokens from Linky's side
on the product side, we will have to logout existing users and ask them to re-log in. Not sure how to do this from a UX perspective

It's ready for review, but not ready for merge. I'm waiting for the final production endpoints as right now it uses the development endpoints. Also this is waiting on @sorensvejstrup / @ovbm as this new integration will require users to re-log in, and they should be told so somehow ;-)

I'm waiting for the Linky official contract to be signed so we can use the production endpoint.

Aside from @madsnedergaard 's comment, we're blocked by the fact we need the authorize v1 endpoint by Linky, which is not ready yet (I believe)

Endpoint is actually ready, I'm awaiting access.
