Feature: Trip Origin and Destination #340

A handy little feature to make the app more speedy-usable would be to have origin and destination selectors. Things like https://ecotrip.netlify.com/ show you your emissions by the transportation so it's pretty much the same idea, only you've already selected train, bus, whatever.

Describe the solution you'd like When you try to add a Trip, you can select the type and instead of just showing distance, you can enter where you're starting and where you're ending, with autocomplete of towns, cities, train stations.

Extra awesome if once https://github.com/tmrowco/northapp-contrib/issues/281 is done you integrate with some other data source to automatically figure out if its electric, diesel, etc.
