Transportation: have fallback trip times when endDatetime is not available #407

Hello @cameronnapoli , Thank you for forcing me to write a bit more context ;-) We've discovered that some trips created by several integrations (e.g. TripIt) sometimes have a missing duration. We'd like to be able to show an estimated footprint for those as well. The solution is therefore to assume a certain fallback duration per transportation mode in the transportation carbon model, in the case where duration is missing.
