Remove CircleCI and wrap up release script

https://github.com/tmrowco/bloom-contrib/pull/484 worked 🍾 (an npm package was released and git tags were made).

This PR:

• removes CircleCI
• adds a git push to also get a commit that updates the package.json version

FYI I've also disabled the project in CircleCI. The last commit fails here due to CircleCI.
