ENTSOE: Austria has negative consumption of "other" #325

@rustyb can you help us understand why Austria consumes from an "unknown" source?

good observation. Other production type is calculated by data provider. Data provider calculates total generation and then deduct from it the generation of known types. Remaining values are used in Other production type. Indeed, there is something wrong in this calculation, because there should not be big values (at least) in consumption part of Other generation type. It looks to me, that hydro pump storage consumption part is not covering all and some part of it is included in other production type. Data provider is reviewing calculations and should update/correct data.

Thanks @Dalius-ENTSO-E. I'm re-opening this one as the issue seems not be fixed if the data provider is still reviewing calculations. If you agree, let's close the issue when the data provider is finished correcting the data.

I think I observed the same issue: #557

I just checked now, and for the past day or so, "unkown" is barely shows any activity for Austria. So this might have been fixed now?
