Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When hovering on the net import graph, I'd love to know get a sense of the magnitude of imported/exported electricity.

Describe the solution you'd like An idea would be to show a label in the tooltip such as "This represents X% of electricity available in XX", the same way we already do it with production/exchange breakdowns above.
