Colombian electricity data is not up date #6666

What zones are affected?

CO

What is the problem?

colombian electricity and emission data are available using python library called pydataxm which is up to date and it is the ISO oficial channel. I recommend you to connect to that source.

Thanks for filing the issue report. We should already be using the pydataxm library but for some reason the parser if failing.

I'll try and look into it as soon as possible.
