When did this happen?

Canada's Alberta zone has decommissioned the last of its coal capacity per https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/calgary/alberta-genesee-2-offline-is-this-end-of-coal-power-1.7237703 and https://www.capitalpower.com/operations/genesee-1-2/ at 10:57 p.m. Sunday, June 16th 2024.

What zones are affected?

CA-AB

What is the problem?

Coal capacity should be reduced to zero for CA-AB.

@VIKTORVAV99 I might be able to close this without any changes, but wanted to confirm with you. I don't see coal defined in CA-AB.yaml, and the zone coal capacity indicated in the UX shows unknown. Is this generation capacity being updated via parsing a data source at ets.aeso.ca? If not, is it safe to close this out without specifically defining coal: 0 in CA-AB.yaml from an emissions modeling perspective?
