Arduino checker script should make sure electricui is an arduino library #161

The CI server fails with the check script as it isn't adding our library to the user's arduino library folder.

In the script, check if the arduino library folder has our library. If it doesn't, make a symlink there from a path relative to the test script. This should work with the CI instance reasonably well.
