Update modules and examples #23

Updated all modules, and seed, pod, patch examples to latest versions of DaisySP and DaisyExamples

Look good for the most part, and we're not going to make a release until the audio stuff (and possibly the petal/field stuff depending on timeline). So we can fix any issues depending on underruns, etc with the updated audio code.
