Updated the ci scripts to fail as soon as they encounter issues, and properly return a nonzero value to indicate failure in the github actions.
Also, updated the library builds to use the -j flag which will speed up the library builds (especially libDaisy) by quite a bit.

Also deleted a "Patch3Test" example folder that only had the vs/vscode stuff, and no example.
