Folder reorganization

Reorganized DaisySP modules into folders, updated all includes, daisysp.h, and Makefile to build.

Expect some changes around how the makefile handles the new folder structure, as well as where some of the modules have been placed.

Okay, I have pretty much everything updated and working. I also did a little bit of other house keeping and cleaning up while I was in there.

The following changes were made:

• modules/ was renamed to Source
• daisysp.h was moved into the Source directory (this requires things using DaisySP to update their include path to the Source folder instead of just the DaisySP directory). -- Patch applied with a PR waiting in libdaisy already (for the core/Makefile).
• Inside the implementation files direct paths can be used, (i.e. #include "svf.h" etc.)
• In the header files, paths relative to the Source directory are used (the Source directory is still the only necessary include path for anything using the library.)
• All of the examples in DaisyExamples still build, and a random sampling have been spot-checked for issues.
• The DaisySP VS Solution has been improved with filters, and all the new modules (DaisyExamples has a PR for all of the resultant changes as well).

I made a tag for the pre-folder release in case these changes cause any unforeseen issues.

Also worth mentioning the CMake build can still be generated, but has some unresolved issues. However, I'm not letting that prevent us from moving forward for now because the only thing that relies on the CMake build is the JUCE project that can continue to use v0.0.1.
