Things working so far:

clang-format style check
building with gcc
generating html and pdf docs

Things still missing:

deployment of doxygen html to github pages
deployment of generated pdf files
building of the examples (require libdaisy in parent dir - see #37)

since we're still moving quickly, I think this is fine as is. Next step is getting the github page setup and deploying the docs.

As mentioned in #37 the examples are going to be moving to the DaisyExamples repo due to the libdaisy requirement (and the way arduino builds libraries...)
