This is 2.0 merge pull request. 2.0 has the following changes.

Moved to lerna for package management.
Moved to express-cassandra as the ORM for migration support.
Merged partial update support.
Many tests added.
Ability to create custom deployments using just the parts needed (ie acquistion and management can run on seperate servers)
