Upgraded the package to use React v18.
Replaced deprecated renderToNodeStream as well as renderToStaticMarkup with the new React v18 renderToPipeableStream method.

build and bootstrap the project from the root by running fyn && fun bootstrap.
navigate to packages/electrode-redux-router-engine/ and run fun test command.
