Shouldn't interfere/replace the command line interface but sit on top of it as an optional tool for folks not comfortable using the command line.
Simple options both for port selection (guided?) and for firmware options
Single file download for Windows -- assumption for Linux and Mac is that folks will be comfortable with "pip install llama-bsl"
