Align with FOCUS v1 #28

For some of the fields in InfraWallet's configuration, and data model, we should follow the definitions in https://focus.finops.org/#specification

For category mappings, we should use the same category names as well: https://github.com/FinOps-Open-Cost-and-Usage-Spec/FOCUS_Spec/blob/v1.0/specification/columns/servicecategory.md
