Hotswap USB #5

People can insert their usb with music (for generation) or simfiles. Could show up as an extra pack. This would be the same as the memory card, 1 usb port for every pad. This means configuring the ports for your system!

Wouldn't it make more sense to add this to the original Stepmania, and then merge it into this fork. You can merge MIT → GPL , but not the reverse. Also, while it fits the event theme of this fork, it is a good option for normal Stepmania too.
