As discussed in a previous Ecosystem WG meeting, the diversification of package managers in the JavaScript ecosystem has made adding tabbed code samples more of a maintenance burden.
To keep things simple, we should instead just document the default npm way of doing things and let users of alternative package managers translate that syntax themselves.
