Looks to have last been updated (to 1.9.0) in 2018 - https://github.com/electron-userland/electron-builder-binaries/commit/bcaa7523061fe43c2d06a8a1eebdd381bf0c7692 - https://github.com/develar/Squirrel.Windows has lagged equally far behind
