command: "electron myApp" throws: Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open 'C:\0000_TRANSFER\HTML5\vuedevtools\manifest.json'

Even if I comment the inclusion: //BrowserWindow.addDevToolsExtension("./vuedevtools/");
