Request publishing of v2.0.10 #70

It would be nice to be able to use the latest 2.x (2.0.10 at the time of writing) as currently the newest on npm is 2.0.7, which does not include the fix for CVE-2018-15685 that was added in 2.0.8

Closing since 2.0.8 was added, and I have since upgraded to 3.x
