Fix addToDictionary bug on Mac due to variable and function mis-assignment
Always show addToDictionary on mis-spelled words, even when there are no alternatives
Store addToDictionary words for Windows users in json file
Extract and store winUserWords in SpellCheckHandler to correctly identify mis-spelled words

Hi @danmckeon, what is the status of the changes in this PR? Looks like it was closed without being merged, so I'm unsure. Why was it closed?
