show Add to Dictionary not just when there are correction alternatives #103

This makes "Add to Dictionary" always appear in the context menu for a mis-spelled word. Previously, "Add to Dictionary" would only show up if there were correction alternatives.

@paulcbetts can we get a release cut for this? 1.1.2 still has the problem this fixes.
