Feature request: Terminal Link Provider #7

It would be great if one could open folders in Windows Explorer from the terminal. There's an API for that, see https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/102638, https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/95081, https://code.visualstudio.com/updates/v1_49#_terminal-link-providers

I'm not using this extension anymore, so I won't work on it very much. Of course I would gladly look at pull requests.
