server status page #10

someone just wrote to me: " it doesn't synchronize any more. The server is not connected and I can't use the wallet. As you know this client I'd like to know if you can help me solve this. Is there any way to connect to the server again? Is this wallet safe?"

Perhaps there could be server status page for people to check up on? It would also give confidence to install the wallet to new users.

I see this issue too.... ED is constantly trying to synchronise/connect...

I'm seeing this as well. The server must be down.

I'm also having an issue with this. My wallet never is connected. For almost the past month. I need to get my doge. pls fix.

Check Reddit /r/dogecoin for a thread on a server you can connect to and transfer your coins out of.

we may also need this fix https://github.com/spesmilo/electrum/commit/73d8ba24d94cc1fb36c646635efecb39b89d0c9f -- can confirm it worked like a charm
