Make download stats available for public viewing #3

This is to indicate the popularity and "social proof" of electrum-alt. I think it's the sort of info that exchanges want to see before adding a coin.

Good idea! There hasn't been much downloads yet unfortunately but I agree it would be cool. I will work on that when I have some time.
