How can you send them BSV if they do not support it?

I assume you took the BTC address and sent it there? If so, the coins have moved from your keys to their keys. In order to get it back you would need to get Zumo to access the BSV key equivalent to the BTC key and send the coins back.

Get in touch with Zumo and pressure them to do this.
