Coins have not arrived in KuCoin wallet #1220

Is there an existing issue for this?

What version of ElectrumSV were the coins were sent from?

1.3.16 (current release)

Which operating system is your ElectrumSV running on?

macOS 14 (Sonoma)

Which wallet were your coins sent to?

Mentioned under "Anything else?".

Expected Behavior

I have sent my coins from my wallet to KuCoin 5 hours ago and still have not received them .

Anything else?

How does this sound?

Right click on the transaction and select "view on block explorer" in the menu.
It should open the transaction on some decent block explorer, like whatsonchain.
Verify that the address the coins are sent to on the block explorer are the same as ESV claims they were sent to.
Verify that that address is the one on KuCoin you got from there.

If all these things are true, then:

You sent your coins successfully out of ElectrumSV to the right address.
This is an address that KuCoin should be monitoring.
KuCoin is not detecting the transaction or the payment.
Your problem is with KuCoin having low quality BSV service.

Thanks for your help, maybe this is just for me but I hope this can help anyone in the future that KuCoin are asking for 170 block confirmations, I’m currently on 116 … all is fine I just gotta wait

Ridiculous. It's a childish act out requiring that many confirmations. I would hope they tell you on the deposit page.
