Currently on Windows the storage location is under AppData\Temp\jcl. This should be configurable for a run of HeaderSV, and specifically for the headless sdk follow the rule of all state being stored in the headless sdk directory.

It will likely be necessary to do a pull request on the liteclient project.

If they can the most ideal would be an environment variable that overrides the default location.
