Custom Module Field Error #365

Hi, I've got an error on my custom module fields, this error show up after saving or updating the page and has a default value but when i update or change the default field value then there's no error.

@alpezed could you please check the browser console to see what error it is? You can also check the PHP error log please to see if there's any new entry there.
