Variable IIR filter with pole and zero modulation #5

Create an infinite impulse response filter whose poles and zeros in the z-plane can be moved around by modulation sources for varying filter characteristics.

Create different pole/zero configurations which can be modulated together for common filter types, e.g., lowpass filter with resonance.

Created a first version of a z-plane filter, which has not yet been tested on audio.

This should probably be changed to creating other well-known filter types with intuitive parameters, which could then be used in series or in parallel.
