The following changes only apply to the medium size of the Button component on Web.

[ ] Changed: For MD size buttons without icons, set horizontal padding to 20px instead of 24px.
[ ] Changed: For MD size buttons with icons, set left/start padding to 16px and right/end padding to 20px.
