Optional hiding of Rooms #2389

Context Users in my family only use the Direct Messages, and don't use the Rooms, so would like to hide the bottom bar (that allows to toggle between Direct Messages and Rooms).

Solution I'd like In Settings, I'd like to find a 'Hide Rooms' option (toggle) that removes the bottom bar. (maybe this should be possible only if user hasn't joined any Room)

It would be better if the user has small amount of rooms (no matter if DM or group room), Element should show both type in one screen, and not show the tabs.
