Redaction of Widget is ignored by Element Android #2789

Create a Jitsi conf
Redact the Widget event

Element Web remove the Widget properly

Element Android considers that the conf is still ongoing.

In general, it seems that redacted state event are not correctly managed by EA.

Not sure but I might be experiencing this in https://github.com/OpenHospitalityNetwork/openHospitalityNetwork.github.io/issues/38 The channel owner says they removed the widget but I still have it, even after logging out, upgrading my app, and logging back on. On android.

Not sure if related, but I'm still seeing the "Ongoing conference call, Join as Voice or Video" banner for a conference call from 3+ months ago. Only on the android app.
