I thing this could be solve by adding a custom Audio Player what is planned.

Issues I am having:

• Extreme delay in playing messages, sometimes taking 60s+ to start playback.
• Incorrect durations
• No automatic play through in window, must click each element on the play button individually
• Play button is a small target, and clicking elsewhere in the element does different things.
• Occassionaly app will stop trying to play messages and requires a restart to continue conversation.

That's all I can think of at the moment.

I hope this is the correct place to post this.

An issue I came across:

On Element Web, it's possible to use the Reply feature to respond with a voice message. The option to create a voice message on the Android app disappears when you use the Reply feature, and you can only send text-based messages. When you reply to a voice memo with another from the Web app, on Android it appears as two sequential memos with no Reply element shown.
