Tea emoji doesn't come up in the search for "tea" #3870

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Press and hold on a message to pop up menu
Click on 'Add Reaction' (why is "Add Reaction" capitalised like that, while "Report content" is the other way?)
Click the magnifying glass
Type in tea

Expected behaviour

:tea:

Actual behaviour

"Teacup without handle" is on the second page

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

Device: Pixel 2
OS: Android 11

Additional context

App store, version 1.1.15 [40101152] (G-b2969)
Homeserver: matrix.org

We could improve the filtering by matching words first, and then display the other results.

Yes, that approach would work better, I think.

Where does the list of "aliases" for each emoji come from?
