Rageshake submission is super slow and cancels if you rotate your phone by mistake. #4555

technically the bug report still sends after rotating but we lose the progress updates which make it seem like we've lost the report.

For UI context BUG REPORT SUBMISSION

I like the idea of moving the update to a background Worker
