Use ColorPrimary for attachmentGalleryButton tint #5501

Your use case

https://github.com/tchapgouv/tchap-android-v2/issues/476 We should use the colorPrimary for attachmentGalleryButton tint. In forked project, the color stays green instead to use the colorPrimary. The others icons in this view use the colorPrimary.
