Layout being cut off for long room names (with encryption enabled) #7116

Steps to reproduce

Create a new room with E2EE enabled
Give it a very long name (I.e. "This is a very long test room name")
Look into the room settings in Element Android

Outcome

What did you expect?

Layout being not cut off at the sides

What happened instead?

Layout if cut-off at both the left side (the shield) as well as the right side (par of the room name).

Pixel 4a

Operating system version

Android 13

Application version and app store

1.4.34 (and SchildiChat based on 1.4.36)

Homeserver

Ah, this bug has already been fixed in #4700 and is back (or not properly fixed...)
