Warnings about high frequency mic 'scratching' noise #146

I would give a kidney right now for a comms app which automatically warned folks if they are emitting high frequency mic scratching sounds (or just filtered it out).

If someone were to write an agorithim for that, I'd love it equally as much. I found this resource they could use sample data to see how accurate it is: https://github.com/jim-schwoebel/voice_datasets
