PiP view in EW switches to showing local video when I'm speaking #1856

Steps to reproduce

  1. Start a EC call in element web
  2. Have someone else join
  3. Switch to different room
  4. Say some words

Outcome

What did you expect?

To always see the other person in the PiP view

What happened instead?

I see myself if I speak for long enough

The video tile priorization got refactored and there is a "prioritized" video tile easily available. What we want is use this tile for the pip view. This will sovle this issue and additionally fix: "Screenshare not shown in PiP view"
